sip, interim
Sip, Interim is a kit designed to help others find moments to slow down through the relaxing art of making a cup of tea. Each day, users are encouraged to engage with one of the kit's fun prompt cards for five minutes while they're waiting for their tea to steep. Through ritual practice, this kit helps users become more intentional with their time.
The complete kit comes with a collection of daily prompt cards, a five-minute hourglass timer, a combined habit tracker and reflection journal, and some starter tea bags.

I spent seven months researching, planning, and designing this kit. I crafted and printed nearly everything by hand, from the box to the cards to the stamp. In the end, I got the wonderful opportunity to present this project at the 2026 Undergraduate Research Symposium at Bowling Green State University.
