the made known project
The Made Known Project brings awareness about the lack of clothing transparency in the fashion industry. It gives users the tools to learn about the issue, how they can tackle the problem on a small scale, and how to reach out to others to spread the call for activism.
The kit comes with an informational pamphlet, a "closet audit" where participants can evaluate their own clothing, transparent cards with QR codes to the project's social media account, and three sew-on patches that participants can use for accessorizing and spreading the word about the project.

social media activism

Part of the Made Known Project exists online through hashtags. These posts allow participants to take their experience beyond their own closet and spread the word publicly. This also allows brands to be called out on public platforms.
